Auditors
At the 2006 Annual General Meeting, the audit firm KPMG Bohlins AB, Sweden, was elected auditor for the period until the 2010 Annual General Meeting, with Authorized Public Accountant Thomas Thiel appointed main responsible auditor.
KPMG Bohlins AB has been the auditor since 2002. See also the Corporate Governance Report 2009, page 126.
Fees other than audit fees for the last three years amount to:

The fees are comprised primarily of consultancy on tax and accounting matters and are shown in the company’s Annual Reports.
Election of auditor and establishing of remuneration principle for the audit
The Nomination Committee proposes that the registered audit company Deloitte AB is elected to be auditor until the end of the AGM 2014 and that the principle for the remuneration to the Auditor for the same period is approved account.
Deloitte AB has informed that, subject to the approval of the proposal from the Nomination Committee regarding auditor, the authorized auditor Jan Berntsson will be main responsible for the audit.
